The First Steps to Getting Yourself to a Place of Comfort
Julian Zelizer: I think one of the things that really stood out in your story is how uncomfortable you felt in your own skin. He says for anyone listening to this who has that sense of discomfort maybe it's a relationship, job or where they live giving them that sense of unease what would you say is the the first steps to get yourself to a place where you feel more comfortable? "I wake up every morning and I talk to myself because my voice has to be loud," he says.
