Is a Chainlet a Fully Sovereign Chain?

A chainlet is a chain in its own right. The main difference between a chainlet and a fully sovereign chain is that there is no staking token. So because you are borrowing this, well, you're not borrowing, you are replicating the security model from the saga mainnet. And so there's no need for this project to have its own stakingtoken.
