Sally Kohn: I'm just wondering, you mentioned the terms of data literacy. What are the kind of things that help to improve that data literacy? She says break down very technical sounding concepts into something that's a lot more familiar and use sort of a worked example. Kohn: Most folks can relate to an example of opening a credit card or applying for a mortgage or a loan.
