Hayek on Institutions Essential to Free and Prosperous Society
I think he would understand that ground up changes are what change the world, not so much top down. I mean institutions like an independent judiciary or a parliament or something are necessary. But as the three Soviet constitutions show they're not sufficient. And in the Scottish enlightenment it was ground up which has to be based on moral sentiments before theorizing and the more French idea of top down. So for sure I think he would agree with my books and praise them.
