Is India the Smartest People in the World?

All the entirety of the European economy depends on energy. It's going to essentially de-industrialize Europe if this continues over three to five years. India had terrible leaders after 1940, what happened in 1947 is that power was transferred from one set of crook to another set of crooks. Don't you think India should have long achieved the economic targets?
