Nounssel

Nounssel has been delegated votes from a variety of nouners. And so they collectively govern that set of votes, which I believe is somewhere around the area of 10 to 13 right now. So any nouner can go in and look at a certain round that let's say 25 ETH is being auctioned out or two ETH isBeing auctioned out to 10 people. And they would go and vote on different proposals that they seem interesting. That would then be funded in a autonomous way from there on. The system was kind of created as a way to be able to more autonomously engage those long tail ideas.
