meditation led by tara brack. In the stillness, let your senses be awake. One of the most direct portals to presence is very conscious awakening through the body. Softening and allowing yourself to feel the aliveness inside the chest,. softening resistance, opening to a liveness... Scanning down the torso letting this next breath be received in a softening belly. This breath, now this one. And againim feeling from the inside out, receptive to the sensations that fill the belly. Again, softening the eyes, smiling into the eyesslight. Smile at the mouth, smile into the heart. Hands are soft. Belly soft. Feeling the feet filled with awareness
