The Different Types of Languages

It has language in the same sense that a computer has, there are too many things here. The easiest way that I can express what I mean by explicit is to say that monkeys do not have an explicit language. Human minds do, but not when they're born. And computers have an explicitlanguage, but it's nothing like English,. It's a machine language with zeros and ones and so on. In both cases, things like English have to be programmed in at a higher level to that. So, it does have a language and it's like machine language, or are you saying that's different?
