We need to be purposeful about inclusive ethnicity, gender, age, race, etc industrial often means in terms of productivity sectors traditional sectors. Capital cities tend to be are supported and thought of as innovation hubs whereas a rural and post industrial places aren't part of our narrative or mindset. So we need to go beyond that Silicon Valley mindset. Innovation is a collaborative process in which problem owners are crucial problem solvers.
