Tiziana Dicostanzo started Horizon Insects as a school project. The insects were an environmentally friendly alternative protein source. They don't have to give them water, unlike meat which requires 22,000 litres for one kilo of beef. And the beauty of it is also that they don't drink, so they don't drinking.
