What's an Occupied Staging?

If you are going to live in your property while it's on the market, we kind of refer to this as an occupied staging. Most common things that a stater is going to ask you to buy if you're living in the home is updated bedding. And to make sure the beds are always fresh and made when you leave the home so it can be staged well for showings and whatnot. If you don't live in the home and it's completely vacant, then a stage is going to bring everything in.
