Is This a Corp Concern for Facebook?
The company doesn't want to hire thousands of people as full time facebook employees for what they consider a menial, almost unskilled task. At scale, it takes a lot of people to do this work. I think also, if you have sort of giant work forces of contract labor, you are able to hiring them and firing them, or letting them go at will, much easier than you would if they were full time employees under facebook. So ih've a few sources talk to who are getting shuffled out of one office because they're winding down a specific project they're working on,. But also, you have to like, sort of re apply to get that contract job.
