The Risks of Unlimited PTO
The real risk is that people won't take enough time off. We don't call our program unlimited PTO. We call it open PTO, but we do ask that every person take a week off five days in a row if possible at least one. So I think you you have to be more mindful of making sure your people aren't feeling like, well, I took a couple hours off Friday and that sort of thing.
