How to Run a Large Scale Engineering Project?

The way that they sized projects was youu would literally multiply the number of developers you had lod say, six thousand, times ten lines a code per day. And then if you wanted to figure out how long a project would take, you wod estimate it's total about a lines, af cote, and then you would divide, and that's how you would get it.
