The Three Levels of Leadership in a Company

The first level is sort of the entry product manager role and it's about 250,000 annual. And then you move to the first time manager or a much more senior IC. These get paid roughly the same in a company and that's about 500k. Now what the next level shows is that you tend to see the top most ICs that some companies don't even have this principal product manager title sometimes gets thrown around. And that's at 750. So so far we're tracking and now we're at the sort of leadership level.
