It's possible that we could see a case out of the CFTC as far as Coinbase. I don't think it's necessarily likely that we'll see anything criminal, at least not based on what we're seeing in the SEC lawsuit. The Binance lawsuits, they described a lot of activity that seemed to go far beyond just the sort of securities law violations.
