How to Make Matches at Events for Newcomers

Being simple for the attendees is hugely, hugely important. I try really hard to make sure each table has at least one extrovert preferably to. When I'm thinking about how to organize the tables, it's really hard, actually. First I randomize it, then I think about introverts and extroverts. We were trying to keep things as much as possible within walking distance. And where we had the park that wasn't within walking distance, we put on transport and made that a real fun thing.
