Docker had a pretty good block post from justan cormac, who's now cititio of docker. He wrote the blunk post on how docker tooling needs to be up dated in order to even detect the vulnerability. So you need to make sure that everything is up to date, not just your dependencies, but give your old docker a little check. You can always use sneak independently without docker. But you want to scan images to see whether or not they have this vulner ability, you can do that n doctor hubb by just going in and toggling the automatic scanning.
