Architecting an Open Source Application

Open source is more than just sticking your code on, get up and slapping on a emity or a paty license. There's many aspects you need to think about - how do people actually set up your project? You need to also think about the fact that being open source does iterest me in my coat is open. One big challenge we found was that the engineering team got very, very distracted with supporting the slack community. We wanted to support ta slack community but at one point it was such a big distraction that we could not successfully deliver complete print for months.
