Building a Daily Gratitude Practice
The three strategies i have shared returning to core values setting achievable goals and developing a daily gratitude practice are all interconnected with each one building on the momentum of the other. When we look at goals in our life being connected to a higher more meaningful purpose that is strongly anchored in the core values that deeply matter to us it helps us to live in a more aligned way which ultimately gives us more to be thankful and appreciative of.
