Steve, i came across your book 20 18 in one of the hardest years of my life. And it was titled so beautifully, he survival guide for the soul. I think what you articulate so beautifully is how to walk and not preach from a divided self but actually live from a whole self. You're an achiever; as are our pastor. We still feel it as we talk about defining our life by what we achieve,. But invariably, e we tend a default to that mode. So i wrote this book as a kind of personal exploration of the practices that can awaken us to a deeper sense that we really are.
