i just completed 75 hard, which i actually don't know much about it. The whole deal is 75 heart. It's not a fitness programme. It's a programme to instil habits into your life. And for two and a half months, i woke up early at sunrise,. went outside and walked or ran and drank water  and just got my body moving. Soas like, fucket. Let's do it in bro. I mean, we are ideating right here. Y have the businessh so yet.
