How to Track Vaccine Injury

In the past, we have been able to catch incredibly rare real vaccine side effects in the past. Just with COVID vaccines, most recently, we detected a one in a million chance event with the Janssen vaccines and the AstraZeneca vaccines. And so I think it does a good job, but could it be better? Sure, probably. But I don't know how.
