In banking, there are many, many vendors that sell very high quality and very extensive and expensive products that hook all this stuff together. What differentiates a company, going back 50 years, was the kind of support they gave. And so now take i b m's growing capability in cloud and marry that with the focus on vertical cloud. It's a pretty hard combination to beat.
