Bitcoin and Bitcoin Soft Forks - What's the Ultimate Reason for Making Changes?

In the Bitcoin space we spend so much time thinking all that stuff through really planning ahead making sure that changes as they happen I mean you know some of the soft forks that have happened recently literally have taken years to actually put into effect because everybody is so focused on like how can we do this in a way that makes sense doesn't take any risks. Over there developers are just like you know movie stars or whatever like yeah this guy knows how to do the Zcash roll up through roll up whatever the hell using snarks and all the fancy new like cryptography words They just kind of like pulled together into a soup and people are like oh those words sound great but that what's much less thought through
