Resignation and Cynicism in the Class Structure
The argument is that once workers find it more attractive, on rational grounds, to avoid collective action because of all the risks involved in it, they are now consigning themselves to confronting their employer individually. And for most workers, the overwhelming majority, they can't even get the individual mobility. All they'll get is a survival of some kinds, which means you're essentially abiding by the rules of the class structure. So my argument is, i'm sorry, i'm interuped. No good, no perfect. Ye, people were blind in it. Ah, but there's another possibility as well, which is resignation and cynicism where there isn't individual form. Not so much the possibility
