In many sort of history stories Japanese ethnographies of Japan there's very much a common narrative told about Japan's recent political history. So the story is it's often told goes something like this and I'm giving this story because I want to tell a rather different story. The main story says that after World War II, Japan went through an period of high economic growth or kodosacho as it's often called in Japanese.
