Is This a Proportionate Response to Twitter?

"This is just something I see over and over like this is not new to Twitter," she says. "It's really bad where someone does some minor infraction that somehow goes against the revolution, and all of a sudden, you know, there's a big dog pile against them." She adds: "When you take a step back, is this really a proportionate response? 10 times out of 10, the answer is no"
