There are leaks in the process from candidates getting kind of like stock at one part of the process, and things not moving smoothly through the hiring pipe line. And this is no fault of anyone's own at morning brew right now, because there is no owner of this process. So to round everything out, my view is that process is not the killer of creativity or innovation. Too many cooks in the kitchen are. Ai think ultimately, when people experience in their business that things move really slow, i would start to look for how many decision makers does it take to get something done?
