The Future Looks Like the Past
A lot of people who are basically inelastic buyers, so they don't care about economic conditions or anything. It's that confidence that they have from, I guess, a few years, a few decades actually of low inflation that shaping their perspective. So taking that the future looks like the past is usually a really good bet unless you're at a turning point where you could have potential for gene changes and then these more conservative ways of managing money become ineffective.
