Shelby Wf: Two books that really were pivotal to my understanding around housing generally, and then housing and rural states were the color of law and billionaire wilderness. Danny Tenenbaum who was a former state representative as a good person to follow. Kendall Cotton of the frontier Institute posts about housing things fairly frequently. And so I don't know how much he'll continue to talk about housing but I would imagine he's still well.
