50 per cent of patients that we see in our emergency department, part of the reason they're there is because of alcohol. When a patient like this one comes in seemingly just inebriated or drunk, generally speaking, doctor austin, how do you go about recognizing other associated life threatening issues? What's going through your head? So, you know, if i'm picturing this patient right now, i think that my first priority is going to be to sort of contain the patient. But then the truth is that wee really, what we have on our hands is an altered patient, and our differential diagnosis for that is huge.
