The Importance of Refinancing and Selling Multi Assets
The long term outlook for multi is just so solid. We have a lot of clients who own both multi as well as non-multi, either refying or selling multi to create liquidity for their other assets. The presence of the agencies is such a tailwind to multi a pressure for the sponsor. They could say that we pull this investor under estimated the importance and the impact. It's super important.
