Research has shown that gratitude can help to boost resilience. Reflecting, either talking about or writing down something or three things t you're grateful for that day is a good way of shifting your mind say. There is also an underrated part of resilience which we rarely hear about and it's called support. So think about creating your own board of supporters - people who care about you thet we'll offer some kind of support. We are supporting one another through their challenges as well as helping each other out.
