Using Data Driven Reviews to Improve Accountability

We worked with government on a programme to revive piezzes across state, and we got them to paint very clear citizen promises along the wall. And as a result, patient visits went up by 20 % in less than a year. But there was still a long distance to go. Change isn't that easy.
