Is There a Competitive Advantage in Remote Teams?

Some engineers are just never gong to go back to a company that's going to make them work from an office five days a week ever. I think ifa breather with a clean cap table and balance sheet to day wold do phenomenally well. Some companies will try to use this as a competitive advantage, and they really get good at employing remote teams.
