The Beetles Performance in 1966

19 66 was the group's last ever u k live performance in front of a paying audience. They were upset that they had to wait around before going on stage at an awards show. A disagreement between andrew oldem and brian epstein sparked by john lenon, who refused to let them go straight after the rolling stones. It cost capital more than 200 thousand dollars to recall the album and replace the cover with a new one. This would not be the last time in 19 66 that something intended as a statement on religion and the way the people viewed the beetles would cause the group trouble in America.
