What Happened to Huey P Newton?

Huey P. Newton was shot and killed by Oakland police officer James Frey on October 28, 1967. Huey claims to have blacked out after being shot; speculates that the cops shot each other. All of the recovered bullets came from police revolvers. Officer Frey had been implicated in numerous incidents of racism. The only thing that is going to free Huey Newton is gunpowder.
