The last STI ulcer on the list is granuloma inguinale. So, this is a bit tricky because you have to suspect that it's LGV. The treatment for chlamydia is usually one week of doxy. My understanding is that for LGV, it's much longer. Dr. Varner, besides the painless, extensive, progressive ulcerative lesions, what else can help us identify granuloma Inguinale in the ED?
