What Do Libraries Do?
Libraries have been the institutions that preserved history, you know, that preserved history in all its forms through documentation. And so we're not just making a product that's going to exist for five years and then get purchased by Google and then it gets shut down in five years. That means preservation, making sure the documentation survives, figuring out how people outside the library can discover what's there.
