How to Incorporate Novelty Into Structure

The idea of novelty is not about finding one answer, but it's about trying several different things that might work with a goal of kind of narrowing in and finding things that would work more sustainably. A couple of moms have said they have ADHD as well. They struggle with similar things as their child. How can they maintain systems and structures for their child if they can't maintain them for themselves?
