Do you think that in general when you've got private equity folks heavily invested and involved in a company, they don't care as much about the employees or the customers of the company? I think yes, although I would have to say some of them know that the way to get those profits is to have good employees. In other words, the way you get to be really profitable is have a really good company as defined by your customers and your employees.
