Use those things to your advantage to get you out there every day. Another little trick that i use is to prepare for the following day's workout the evening before by doing simple things like okay it's a run so i'll pull out the shorts and the socks  to make it as easy as possible to begin that workout the next day. I think just the simple act of organizing that creates an emotional investment that makes it harder for you the next day to not do it or have it with you.
