The Importance of Continuous Learning

I wanted to learn the inner arts of movement, especially when you told me to take two years off from exercise. So I went and I studied Tai Chi with him,. all the Tai Chi forms, all the applications had to throw punches with, you know, Tai Chi mechanics. He's in his 80s and he teaches Tai Chi in New York City. We still study together about every two weeks. Now, now it's online because I live in upstate New York. But you know, anybody who people, elders really inspire me. People who are doing what they love to do."
