Sleeping in the Dark Could Be Better for Your Health
New research co ordinated by philis z, chief of sleep medicine in the department of neurology at north western university. It illuminates the health risk of sleeping with the lights on. Those who slept in the room light had a higher heart rate throughout the entire sleep period and also the next morning. The group that slept in the light condition, they had what we call insolent resistance. That means that to keep their blood levels o sugar normal, the body had to secrete more insolent.
