I'd Be Willing to Eat Insect Burghers
Adam hart: Insects are a wonderful way of converting material into protein. We should be mindful of the ethics of that, but clearly there's fewer ethical issues than with live stock. In 20 years we'll be quite used to buying insects protein, baste food, but it won't have legs pointing out of it and wings. The current methods of producing animal feed use things like fish meal, which is an incredibly poor substitute for food. And i'm quite sure that when we're long gone, they will still be thriving in our demisancias. So thank you adam hart, for sharing your scientific life on every day at hay festival.
