How to Be a Better Writer

I like the idea of arguing against your own ideas. That's something that I have not done but I'm definitely going to try that out. Do you think there's anything that most writers get wrong when they're writing? You'll never sound exactly like them so you don't really need to worry about that. Try imitating your heroes. If you love Seth Godin's writing sit down and try to write like Seth Godin. And my other tip is to be a ruthless editor. Like look at and leave only what can't be removed just be absolutely ruthless in your editing.
