i got a little uncomfortable thinking about and the reason why i wanted a separate episode that wasn't, you know, it was like for younger people, verses having an older conversation about it. Definitly, a veer far away from anything that makes some one feel bad for having natural feelings. And then geve them some education on kind of what or the what are the possible effects this can have on your brain and your body and your relationships going forward.
