Are the Gospels Historical Testimonies?

The gospels are pretty good historical testimony. Even if only 18 % of the gospels told us about the historical jesus, that's still a lot of information for an ancient figure. And even there you find claims of divinity. So i'm profoundly convinced that the the idea of legend, though it's often put out there by sceptics, honestly, i don't think there's good hist al grounds for that. I think we have a really solid historical footing to say it looks like the historical JESUS did claim divinity.
