The Economics of Leverage
There were fears of a delisting in the US. How would something like that play out if you've got this levered Baba and... Great question. So again, all ETF is doing is really passing through the economics of the underlying investment and applying leverage to it. At the end of the day, it's the same stock that everybody else does as a shareholder of Baba. That doesn't mean the company went bankrupt. That just means that shareholders would have been returned whatever their stake in Baba was worth at the time.
